To be eligible for a refund:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Ship the item to the address we provide using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
