Returns

• You may return new, unused Outboard Motors and parts within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• A restocking fee of 10-20% may apply for non-defective returns, depending on the condition of the item.

• Custom orders and special parts are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Process

1. Email us at [Your Email Address] with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Refunds
